I had to reach out to customer service with a question about my order. To be fair, they did get back to me and the person helping me was polite, but it took longer than I expected and I ended up sending a follow-up email to get things moving.

In the end, they fixed the issue, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the first response had been a little clearer and quicker. I’d probably use them again, but hopefully their support time improves...

They let me know the estimated lead time upfront, and the order ended up taking about as long as they said it would. I just wish the instructions around the next steps had been a little clearer along the way.

Tech support did help me get the issue fixed, so I can’t complain too much. But dang, the replies took longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t bad or anything, just mid.

My package showed up with the box totally crushed. I opened the door and thought, how is this okay? Luckily the item wasn’t completely destroyed, but the packaging looked like it had been tossed around badly.

It felt kinda cheap right out of the box, and the part was sorta flimsy. I was hoping it would hold up better, but it broke way sooner than I expected. Not really worth it for me.

The fitment ended up being way off from what the site said would work for my car. I got everything ready, started the install, and quickly realized the brackets just were not lining up the way they should. It wasn’t one of those “maybe I’m missing a step” situations either, I checked the position, tried lining it up a couple different ways, and it was clear it just wasn’t made to fit like the listing claimed.

I had double checked the vehicle info before ordering because I didn’t want to deal with exactly this kind of problem, so it was frustrating to have to stop halfway through the install. When I contacted support, they basically just told me to recheck everything, which I had already done more than once. Overall, not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t trust their fitment listings again without verifying somewhere else first...

The instructions were easy enough to follow, and once the parts were on the car, they felt solid. I just took my time in the garage with basic tools and got it done without any real drama. Always nice when a job doesn’t turn into one of those projects
